Tasks of the Information Technology Unit:<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n

  1. Managing, directing, and implementing the electronic governance framework prepared by the university.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Supervising the management, operation, and maintenance of systems, networks, computers, and their peripherals.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Developing specialized software and electronically archiving data to help improve the performance of the organizational structure.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Managing the website and overseeing the receipt and sending of emails.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n
    Tasks of the Website:<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n

      \n
    1. Managing electronic seminars and workshops.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Building web pages related to database services (faculty, curricula for undergraduate and graduate studies, alumni, etc.).<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Publishing college news and all activities on the website.<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Providing technical support to the college’s formations.<\/span><\/li>\n
    5. Receiving and sending official college mail, tracking official correspondence received via email, and forwarding it to the relevant departments.<\/span><\/li>\n
    6. Managing the email server and creating email accounts on the college website for professors, undergraduate, and graduate students.<\/span><\/li>\n
    7. Publishing college activities on social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn), except for Facebook, which is managed by the Media Division.<\/span><\/li>\n
    8. Uploading seminars and workshops to the Indico website.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n
