The lecture covered the foundations of curriculum development, its constructive aspects, and the importance of university curricula. It also addressed the role of university curricula in developing leadership personalities and their impact on the nature of leadership.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans; font-size: 16px;\">The lecture highlighted the essential aspects that university curricula should achieve regarding leadership personality, focusing on the components and the educational process related to leadership personality. Furthermore, it emphasized the significant and effective role of universities in shaping students&#8217; personalities, considering the characteristics of the age stage of leadership personality during their university years.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans; font-size: 16px;\">The workshop aimed to discover the university&#8217;s role and to build the young personality based on future requirements in terms of knowledge, skills, and ethics. It aimed to understand the formation of youth in various scientific disciplines needed by the state and different social sectors.
