In pursuit of the objectives of sustainable development in education, the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences witnessed the discussion of graduation projects for fourth-year students in the Plant Protection Department for the academic year 2023-2024. Over two consecutive days, 45 scientific research projects were discussed in the specialties of plant protection\/plant diseases and plant protection\/insects, in the presence of the department head, Dr. Bushra Sabir Abdulsada, and the department rapporteur, Dr. Saad Tariq, along with faculty members serving on the insect research discussion committee, including Prof. Radi Al-Jissani, Prof. Kamila Ward, and Dr. Nada Saud. Also present were faculty members serving on the plant disease research discussion committee, including Prof. Halima Al-Bahadly, Prof. Nurs Abdulilah. Dr. Barak Abdul Hussein and Mr. Mohammed Mahmoud managed and organized the technical presentations, in addition to the participation and attendance of a large number of faculty members in the department. The discussions were characterized by scientific and objective exchanges between the committees and the students during their research presentations.<\/span><\/h3>\n
