As part of its efforts to achieve sustainable development goals in quality education, the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences at the University of Baghdad, in collaboration with the Continuing Education Unit, organized a workshop titled “Self-Development and Self-Confidence”. The workshop was attended by the head of the Department of Animal Production , several faculty members, and postgraduate students, and it was presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Maad Hassani Mahmoud.<\/span><\/h3>\n

The workshop aimed to introduce the importance of self-development and personal growth as the foundation for success in the job market after graduation. It discussed ways to develop personal capacities and skills, enhance self-awareness, and achieve personal and professional growth.<\/span><\/h3>\n

The workshop emphasized that self-development involves a set of activities and practices aimed at achieving personal goals. It recommended that self-development and self-confidence enhance an individual’s ability to deal with challenges, overcome difficulties, and help build a strong personality based on fundamental values and principles.<\/span><\/h3>\n
