During the cultural season of the Department of Soil Sciences and Water Resources, and in the presence of the department head Assistant Professor Dr. Shatha Majid Nafawah, along with a number of department faculty and graduate students, Master’s student Huda Jasim Ahmed presented a seminar titled “Production of Solid and Liquid Organic Fertilizers.”<\/span><\/h3>\n

The seminar aimed to explore the methods of producing solid and liquid organic fertilizers, the necessary conditions for producing good organic fertilizer (compost), how to prepare it, its specifications, the factors controlling decomposition time, how to extract humic acids from organic fertilizers, and the best method for extraction.<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
