Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences, Professor Dr. Amira Mohammed Saleh, and within the framework of scientific and academic cooperation between the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences at the University of Baghdad and the International Institute of Food Science and Industry Research in Mashhad, Iran, and to achieve the sustainable development goals in quality education, the Department of Animal Production organized an international scientific communication with Iranian researcher Professor Dr. Marzieh Hosseini Nejad from the Institute of Food Science and Industry Research in Iran, who holds a Ph.D. from the University of Melbourne (Australia) specializing in Food Biotechnology. She delivered a scientific lecture titled:<\/span><\/h3>\n

“Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point System (HACCP)”<\/span><\/h3>\n

This lecture is part of the Meat Health course for Ph.D. students in the Departments of Animal Production and Food Sciences, taught by Professor Dr. Amira Mohammed Saleh. The lecture aimed to enhance students’ skills in understanding the food safety management system by analyzing and controlling hazards throughout the supply chain, from raw material production through processing and distribution to the final consumer.<\/span><\/h3>\n

This initiative is part of the efforts of the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences to provide exceptional educational opportunities for its students and to enhance knowledge exchange with leading global research institutions, thereby contributing to the development of the college’s capabilities and raising its international standing.<\/span><\/h3>\n
