This was conducted under the direct supervision of Dr. Amira Mohammed Saleh, Dean of the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences, Dr. Tarek Nasser Musa, Head of the <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans; font-size: 16px;\">Department of <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans; font-size: 16px;\">Food Sciences, Dr. Azzaddin Kazem, and Mr. Aqeel Kamel.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans; font-size: 16px;\">We extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to all our dear students for their dedication and commitment to performing their tasks in the best manner possible, and for their awareness and belief in being future leaders in the field of food products, which are essential in every household worldwide.
