Prof. Dr. Osama Kazem Jabbarah, the Associate Dean for Student Affairs at our college, chaired the ministerial committee tasked with evaluating the scientific and academic status of the Colleges of Agriculture and Medicinal and Industrial Plants at the University of Kirkuk, as well as the Colleges of Agriculture in Mosul and Tal Afar.<\/span><\/h3>\n
