  1. Graduates and authentication unit

This unit includes ten employees assigned with tasks related to the process of completing documents with grades, authentication of graduates, and students in the study for the ten scientific departments, in addition to the process of checking all documents and students’ files, printing students’ lists, and masters’ sheets. Registration employees responsible for the ten scientific departments in our college carry out the following tasks:

 

  • Receiving students’ grades from the scientific departments after final exams for each semester and the second round, and documenting them in the students’ grade cards, along with calculating the averages.

  • Printing students’ lists, and Masters sheets.

  • Printing and issuing students dismissal orders and orders for the return of their enrollments according to the applicable controls.

  • Printing and issuing certificates for graduate students in both Arabic and English.

  

  1. Database unit:

   This unit was formed in 2010 with the functions of entering the data of students in the computer and archiving it electronically. This unit includes two employees.

 

  1. Authentication unit:

The nature and tasks of this unit are: Supporting the authenticity of the issuance of the graduate documents of the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences. Send monthly positions of completed authenticity to the university / student affairs department. Archiving completed authenticity. Issuing identity cards for students.
