Azhar Ali Radhi from Department of Food Sciences, successfully defended her MSc. work with the title “Extending the storage period of cryopreserved chute fish fingers using date kernel extracts.”
The study aimed to evaluate the effect of different parameters of date kernel extracts on refrigerated storage periods of physical, chemical, sensory, and microbial properties of chute fish fingers.
