In fulfillment of the Sustainable Development Goals related to forging partnerships for achieving quality education and clean energy, the Scientific and Academic Reality Evaluation Committee for Agricultural Colleges visited the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences.

The committee began its work by meeting with the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Amira Mohammed Saleh. The committee then proceeded to inspect the college’s corridors, classrooms, and research units, in addition to visiting the postgraduate and undergraduate laboratories.

The committee praised the work of the laboratory committees and their staff, the efforts made, and the attention given by the college deanate. It also reviewed the status of occupational safety, civil defense, the preparations made, the provision of safety means and emergency exits, and the adherence to instructions and guidelines posted in the college buildings. The committee took note of the role of scientific innovations and patents in the field of clean energy and the utilization of solar power in this domain.
