Sabreen Jabbar Jassim from  Department of Department of Agricultural Extension and Technology Transfer successfully defended her Ph.D.  work with the title ” Enhancing Public-Private Partnerships to Meet the Needs of Vegetable Farmers for Agricultural Technologies in Baghdad Governorate”
The thesis aimed to identify proposals from vegetable farmers to address their needs for agricultural technologies in Baghdad.
The researcher recommended developing the performance of the public sector, incorporating farmers’ feedback at all stages of meeting their technological needs, and strengthening the role of the private sector in supporting vegetable farmers. These recommendations align with modern global trends emphasizing partnerships for sustainable agricultural development.
