Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences, Prof. Amira Mohammed Saleh, and with the guidance and follow-up of the Head of the Agricultural Economics Department, Prof. Iskandar Hussein Ali, first-year and third-year students from the department conducted an academic visit to the Market Research and Consumer Protection Center.
The visit aimed to introduce students to the Center’s mission, scope of work, and research activities, as it is considered one of the university’s key research institutions integrating financial, economic, and administrative disciplines.
The Center’s Director, Prof. Mahmood Abdullah Jassim, welcomed the delegation and highlighted the Center’s objectives, including promoting the optimal use of resources at both the individual and community levels, conducting studies on market analysis and trends, and strengthening opportunities for cooperation between academic and institutional sectors.
