Under the direction of the Head of the Department of Horticulture and Landscape Engineering, a scientific committee composed of several faculty members from the Department of Horticulture and Landscape Engineering at the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences conducted a field visit to the research plot of PhD student Hiba Miad Abd Zaid.
The research is being carried out on broccoli at Research Station A / Jadriya fields.
The visit aimed to review the stages of implementing the research experiment, evaluate the scientific and practical aspects, and assess the extent of adherence to the approved research plan. In addition, the committee provided scientific guidance to enhance the efficiency of the research work and improve the accuracy of the results.
This visit comes within the framework of supporting applied scientific research and strengthening the linkage between graduate studies and sustainable agricultural development, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly those related to food security and the promotion of sustainable agricultural production through the use of organic fertilizers and bacterial biofertilizers, represented in this research by Azotobacter and Bacillus bacteria.
