Radi Fakhri Musa from the Department of Agricultural Extension and Technology Transfer successfully defended his Ph.D. dissertation entitled “A Proposed Model for Training Agricultural Extension Managers in Light of Contemporary Trends in Agricultural Extension in Iraq.”
The dissertation aimed to develop a proposed model for training agricultural extension managers in light of contemporary trends in the field of agricultural extension, as well as to identify the respondents’ opinions regarding the proposed model.
The researcher recommended that the relevant authorities adopt and implement the proposed model for training agricultural extension managers, in addition to developing effective solutions to address all challenges hindering the training of managers.
