Training Course on Budget Planning Organized by the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences

The Department of Agricultural Economics at the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences, University of Baghdad, in collaboration with the Rehabilitation and Employment Unit in the college, organized a training seminar on “Methods of Preparing Planning Budgets.” The event was sponsored by the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Amera Mohammed Saleh, and supervised by the Head of the Department, Assistant Professor Dr. Rajaa Taa’ma Al-Wasiti, in the presence of the Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Munam Khamees Mukhlif, and the participation of several faculty members and college staff.

The course covered several topics, including the fundamental steps in designing and implementing effective work strategies, how to translate the strategy into achieving budget goals, methods of preparing sales budgets, production budgets, expense budgets, and cash budgets. The lectures were delivered by:

1- Assoc. Prof. Rajaa Taa’ma Al-Wasiti

2- Assoc. Prof. Nada Salman Al-Azzawi

3- Ms. Sanaa Jasim Mohammed

At the end of the course, certificates of appreciation were distributed to the participants.
