Professor Dr. Nouraldin Shawqi participated as the experienced professor in the Department of Soil Science and Water Resources, College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences, University of Baghdad, serving as the chairman of the doctoral dissertation defence committee entitled ‘Fertility Assessment and Determination of Fertilizer Requirements for Onion Crop using the Diagnosis and Recommendation Integrated System (DRIS) and Critical Nutrient Concentrations (CNC) for Major Nutrients in Plants.’ The candidate for the Ph.D. is Delzar Fawaz Saeed from the Department of Soil Sciences and Water Resources, College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences at the University of Salahaddin-Erbil, within the framework of collaborative efforts among Iraqi universities.
