The Women Empowerment Unit at the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences, University of Baghdad, held a celebration on the occasion of International Women’s Day under the patronage and attendance of Professor Dr. Amira Mohammed Saleh, the Dean of the College, and a number of heads of scientific departments and their members.
The Dean of the College expressed her gratitude in a speech delivered on this occasion for the efforts exerted by all the staff of our college, especially women, wishing them continued success and prosperity.
At the end of the ceremony, Dr. Amira Mohammed Saleh and a number of department heads and the Women Empowerment Unit presented symbolic gifts to several distinguished female professors and members.
