The College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences at the University of Baghdad hosted a workshop entitled “Program Accreditation Procedures and Self-Assessment Report Writing” by Professor Dr. Jamal Abdulrahman Tuwaiq, a member of the National Council for Accreditation of Agricultural Colleges’ Programs. The workshop aimed to enable participants to grasp the concepts of academic program accreditation and the ability to write self-assessment reports. During the workshop, attendees’ questions were answered, and ways to achieve program accreditation were clarified by relying on the standards of the National Council for Accreditation of Agricultural Colleges’ Programs. Additionally, the mechanism for establishing committees and distributing tasks to be able to write the self-assessment and self-evaluation report were explained.
