President of the University of Baghdad, Dr. Bahaa Ibrahim, visited the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences, where he was welcomed by the dean of the college, Dr. Amira Mohammed Saleh, and the Head of the Department of Animal Production , Dr. Hussam Jasim Hussein, along with several faculty members.
The visit aimed to attend a scientific discussion, commending the efforts exerted by the student and supervisor in the Plant Protection Department. It also included attending one of the courses provided to graduate students entitled “Biological Security and Safety,” organized by the Department of Animal Production and delivered by Dr. Talal Anwar Abdul Kareem, as part of their graduation requirements.
In a gracious gesture, he took photos with a disabled child who was present with her mother, one of the doctoral students. At the end of the visit, he praised the role played by the college administration and the efforts made to serve the students and provide a suitable university life for them.
