Visit by a Delegation from the University of Baghdad to our College to Inspect the Progress of Examinations

The College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences at the University of Baghdad had the honor this morning, to welcome a university committee led by Professor Dr. Manal Shakir Ali, Director of the Department of Studies and Planning at the University of Baghdad, Mr. Laith Abdul-Ali Aziz, Director of the Student Affairs and Registration Department at the University, and Ms. Dania Khalid Ali from the Student Affairs Department at the University. This visit was to inspect the progress of the final exams in the formations of the University of Baghdad under the guidance of Mr. Bahaa Ibrahim, the respected President of the University of Baghdad.

The visit, which the visiting delegation was accompanied by the Assistant Dean of the College for Student Affairs, Professor Dr. Osama Kazem Jabarah, included a tour of the examination halls, meeting with the students, and speaking with them to assess the extent to which suitable conditions are provided for the final exams in terms of comfortable seating, adaptation, cooling, lighting, and good ventilation, as well as the mechanism for distributing the number of students in the examination halls and arranging their seating in a harmonious and comfortable manner. Additionally, the distribution of invigilators was tailored to the number of students. The tour also included a visit to the control room and electronic monitoring through cameras, examination committee rooms, reviewing the preparations, examination records, and reviewing sample exam questions.

The committee commended the good organization and preparation for the exams, praising the work of the College Dean, examination committees, and their high level of organization. They appreciated the efforts of the heads of the scientific departments, faculty members, and all members of the examination committees who contributed to these preparations, wishing success and prosperity to the examining students.
