In the context of the memorandum of scientific cooperation between the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences / Department of Horticulture and Landscape Gardening and the Iranian Institute of Food Science and Technology Research, and in achieving the goals of sustainable development through partnership contracts to achieve the objectives, and quality education, Assoc. Prof. Seyed Mehdi Zaratani from the Islamic Republic of Iran / Iranian Institute of Food Science and Technology Research participated via the Google Meet communication platform in giving lectures to graduate students / PhD in the Department of Horticulture and Garden Engineering on the subject of Secondary Metabolites in three lectures where he provided a detailed explanation of how to produce these effective compounds using bioreactors. Assoc. Prof. Zeina Mohamed Abdelkader, Professor of Advanced Medicinal and Aromatic Plants from the Department of Horticulture and Landscape Gardening, translated the lectures for our students from English to Arabic.
