Assistant Professor Dr. Munem Khamis Makhlaf, Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs at the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences / University of Baghdad, participated, upon the invitation of Dr. Ali Taher Al-Hamoud, Director of the Al-Bayan Center for Studies and Planning, in the dialogue seminar titled “Arab-Chinese Relations – A Vision for Cooperation and Sustainable Partnership Diplomacy” held in the Qithara Hall at the Babylon Hotel in the presence of the Chinese Ambassador, on the occasion of the twentieth anniversary of the establishment of the China-Arab States Cooperation Forum.
The center hosted the Chinese Ambassador to Iraq, Cui Wei, Deputy Foreign Minister Dr. Hisham Al-Alawi, and the Prime Minister’s Advisor for Foreign Relations, Mr. Farhad Aladdin, and the dialogue was moderated by Mr. Mustafa Al-Saray.
The seminar was also attended by a group of interested politicians and academics, as well as some foreign delegations.
