As part of the summer training activities for the Food Science students, and in line with the goals of sustainable development in quality education, third-year students have completed the second part of their training program in the field of bakery and pastry product manufacturing, as well as food marketing techniques. This was conducted under the direct supervision of Dr. Amira Mohammed Saleh, Dean of the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences, Dr. Tarek Nasser Musa, Head of the Department of Food Sciences, Dr. Azzaddin Kazem, and Mr. Aqeel Kamel.

We extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to all our dear students for their dedication and commitment to performing their tasks in the best manner possible, and for their awareness and belief in being future leaders in the field of food products, which are essential in every household worldwide. We wish our dear students continued success.
