The College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences participated in a solidarity and mourning event with the ongoing events concerning our Palestinian brothers and sisters. This event was organized by the Presidency of the University of Baghdad as a tribute to the innocent lives of our Palestinian people who fell victim to the heinous Zionist aggression on the Al-Muamadani Hospital in the Gaza Strip.
The College’s delegation was led by its dean, Professor Dr. Amera Mohammed Saleh, along with her assistants, several faculty, and staff members of the college, in addition to a significant number of university faculty, staff, and students from all of its departments.
The demonstrators emphasized their full solidarity with the Palestinian people and the killings, destruction, and the ongoing genocide happening to our people in the Gaza Strip. They called for an immediate halt to the Zionist attacks on innocent children, women, and the elderly, underscoring that the Palestinian issue is a matter of destiny for all Arabs and their right to reclaim the occupied lands from the Zionist occupier.
