College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences Organized a Lecture on Building and Developing Graduates Capabilities
Unit of Rehabilitation and Employment, in cooperation and coordination with the Department of Desertification Combat at the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences, University of Baghdad, held a lecture titled “Building and Developing Skills for Graduates.” The lecture was delivered by Dr. Hussein Abbas Mohammed, the Development Manager of Dabbaneh Lebanese Company, Iraq Branch, and an accredited consultant of the Al-Marabee Foundation for Sustainable Agriculture, as well as a consultant to the American University in Baghdad (AUIB) and EDK Company.
The lecture was attended by the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs, Professor Dr. Osama Kazem Jabara, along with several faculty members and staff of the college and its students.
The seminar covered various topics, including self-improvement, skill development, encouraging graduates to work in the private agricultural sector, seizing opportunities to work in private companies as alternatives to government employment, and boosting self-confidence.
