A PhD dissertation at the University of Baghdad in Agriculture reveals Total Quality Management in Training Extension Centers in Iraq.
The College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences at the University of Baghdad held a PhD dissertation defense titled “A Proposed Framework for Total Quality Management in Training Extension Centers in Iraq” by the student Ihsan Radi Hassouni from the Department of Agricultural Extension.
The study aimed to develop a proposed framework for implementing Total Quality Management (TQM) in training extension centers in Iraq, to assess employees’ approval within the extension organization of this proposed TQM framework, and to identify the challenges faced in implementing TQM in these centers.
The researcher recommended that the Directorate of Agricultural Extension and Training adopt this proposed TQM framework in extension centers to enhance their performance and thereby provide services that meet the needs and desires of beneficiaries, as well as to achieve employee satisfaction within these centers.
