A workshop organized by agricultural engineering sciences on the mechanism of granting agricultural loans

The Department of Extension and Transfer of Agricultural Technologies at the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences, University of Baghdad, organized an virtual scientific workshop entitled (Suggestions for improving the mechanism for granting agricultural loans to agricultural producers). It was presented by Dr. Saad Obaid Fayyad, Dr. Ali Latif Jassim, and Dr. Rasool Hadi Hassoun, under the supervision of the Head of the Department, Prof. Dr. Mithal Abdul Latif Salman. The workshop aimed to propose a set of procedures and solutions to reduce the problems and obstacles that occur during granting agricultural loans to agricultural producers in Iraq. The workshop was attended by a number of faculty members in the department and other scientific departments, as well as postgraduate students and associates from the Ministry of Agriculture, the Agricultural Extension and Training Department and the Baghdad Agriculture Directorate, who had a clear role in promoting the proposed solutions that took place during the workshop through the exchange of opinions and ideas in order to reach to the best solutions.
