M.Sc. defense- Ghadeer Walid Khalil


Ghadeer Walid Khalil from Department of Agricultural Economics successfully defended her M.Sc.  work with the title (Economic Analysis of the Determinants of Economic Efficiency for Broiler Chicken Breeders in Anbar Governorate for the Year 2023)

The study aimed to estimate the economic efficiency and its components for broiler chicken projects in Anbar Governorate, determine the impact of project size on total cost inefficiency, and identify the extent of deficit and surplus in economic resources.

The researcher recommended increasing government support for the rehabilitation of broiler chicken production farms, investigating the reasons for the discontinuation of broiler chicken projects, intensifying training and educational programs for broiler chicken breeders, and establishing direct communication with government entities to provide support when needed.
