The Campus Monitoring Division was established under University Order No. 26843 on October 26, 2015, after its separation from the Internet and Informatics Unit. It now operates as an independent division responsible for maintaining the internal and external security of the college, taking all necessary security precautions to provide the required protection. The division operates under the direct supervision of the Dean of the College and includes several units:
- Information Unit
- Security Guard Unit
- Biometrics Unit

The primary goal of establishing the division is to achieve security, stability, and protection for the educational institution. It ensures the specific requirements of staff in terms of security support and maintains continuous communication and coordination with various security entities related to the security of our educational institutions.

- Regulating the work with visitors and guests under the supervision of the university.
- Ensuring surveillance in departments and colleges.
- Protecting and securing buildings after working hours.
- Issuing permits and badges for vehicles under the supervision of the university.
- Deploying monitoring personnel to oversee and ensure the stability of the university’s operations from a security perspective within the campus.
- Monitoring non-educational misconduct by students and intervening only with the approval of the Dean’s Office or the division.
- Operating an electronic surveillance system without compromising the sanctity of academic lectures.
- Controlling the entry and exit of materials to and from the university under the supervision of the university.
- Protecting internal departments, with female staff handling matters related to female dormitories and university housing.
