The awareness book

The awareness book “The Dietary Guide to Strengthening the Immune System“ was published, authored by Dr. Asmaa Sabah and Dr. Ishraq Munir. They work in the Department of Food Science at the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences, University of Baghdad.
This publication aims to support the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) related to quality education. It also focuses on promoting health awareness through safe and scientific methods.
Amid current health challenges, proper nutrition has become a fundamental factor in boosting immunity. The book provides practical guidelines to naturally support the immune system. It targets individuals seeking to adopt a healthy lifestyle, particularly mothers and students in health-related fields.
The authors hope this guide will serve as a useful reference for improving community health. They expressed gratitude to the college dean and the Department of Food Science for their continuous support.
