The role of the College Council extends well beyond routine administrative matters. It functions as the central hub for decision-making, bearing responsibility for formulating development plans aimed at modernizing infrastructure, strengthening partnerships with governmental institutions and the private sector, and addressing challenges faced by students and academic staff. The Council also places strong emphasis on activating official communication channels to ensure transparency, efficiency, and timely completion of administrative procedures.
