The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research is launching a Scientific Research Skills Development Program for graduate students in Iraqi universities. The program includes a series of workshops delivered by highly qualified professors with extensive expertise in the field of research and scientific publishing. This program is the first of its kind in Iraq and was initially adopted by the Technological University for students exclusively in the research phase, starting from the academic year 2020-2021. By a decision of the Ministry’s advisory body, it has been approved for graduate students in Iraqi universities starting from the academic year 2023-2024. It is now managed by the Research and Development Directorate to equip all university students with the necessary academic tools and skills.
