The unit is administratively linked to the Dean’s Office and is responsible for handling all matters related to requests and complaints from citizens (visitors, students, faculty members, and employees). The unit performs the following tasks:
  1. Receiving citizens and accepting their complaints or requests by filling out a special form (click here) at the unit, presenting them to the Dean, and taking the necessary actions according to the instructions.
  2. Following up on complaints and requests within the college’s divisions and units until final actions are taken, and notifying the requester through in-person visits, phone calls, or email.
  3. Receiving requests or inquiries via email and responding to them.
  4. Entering requests and complaints into the electronic Citizen Government platform affiliated with the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.
  5. Following up on referrals received from the University President’s Office / Citizens Affairs Division and responding to them.
  6. Submitting a monthly electronic report of completed requests to the University President’s Office / Citizens Affairs Division.
  7. Providing the University President’s Office / Citizens Affairs Division with monthly statistics on the unit’s work and activities.
