Noor Jawad Merza, Department of Agricultural Extension and Technology Transfer, successfully defended her PhD work with the title (Proposed vision for the administrative creativity of agricultural extension managers in Iraq.)
The study aimed to identify the obstacles of administrative creativity for agricultural extension managers in Iraq and then prepare a proposed vision for creativity represented in the areas of energy, flexibility, risk-taking, and time management.
