Mahmoud Ahmed Jaloob from Department of Agricultural Extension and Technology Transfer successfully defended his Ph.D. work with the title (A proposed vision for reforming the agricultural extension system in Iraq)
The study aimed to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the internal environment of the agricultural extension system in Iraq.
The researcher recommended the necessity of working to improve the internal and external environment of the agricultural extension system by developing an integrated and comprehensive methodology that focuses on the needs of farmers, promotes sustainability, and contributes to the development of the agricultural sector and the enhancement of food security.
