Saif Ahmed Abdulrazzaq from  Department OF Plant Protection successfully defended her MSc. work with the title (The Role of Some Conventional and Nano Oxides in Inducing Resistance Against Root Rot and Wilt in Two Pepper Cultivars)
The study aimed to evaluate the efficiency of copper oxide (CuO) and magnesium oxide (MgO), both conventional and nano forms, at different concentrations as nano-pesticides in inducing resistance against root rot and wilt in two pepper cultivars, contributing to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals.
The researcher recommended conducting further studies on the fungi Mo. eutypides and F. chlamydosporum, as well as using cultivars resistant to root rot and wilt diseases.
