A committee composed of several faculty members, and assigned by the Head of the Department, Assistant Professor Dr. Qasim Mousa Madloul, conducted a field visit to review the research experiment of Master’s student Noura Luay Ahmed, under the supervision of Lecturer Dr. Amir Haider Ali.
The visit focused on her thesis entitled, “Automation of an Electric Knapsack Sprayer to Achieve a Constant Application Rate and Improve Spray Quality.” The committee members listened to a detailed presentation by the student outlining the nature and objectives of her research, which aims to employ artificial intelligence in agricultural operations to promote a cleaner environment by optimizing and reducing applied chemicals, in line with Sustainable Development Goals.
The committee provided their observations and academic guidance to further strengthen the study.
