The University Psychological Counseling Unit and the Continuing Education Unit organized a scientific workshop entitled “Emotional Divorce and Its Impact on the Family”, presented by Dr. Muthanna Falhi Hamoud, with the attendance of several faculty members and staff of the college.
The workshop addressed the definition of emotional divorce, its negative effects on individuals, families, and society, the causes of emotional divorce, and strategies for coping with it.
The course aimed to raise awareness about emotional divorce, its causes, and its negative effects on the family.
The workshop recommended conducting studies to identify the factors leading to emotional divorce and to understand its impact on students’ academic performance.
