The Department of Animal Production organized a workshop entitled “Course Design Using the Blended Learning Design Toolkit,” delivered by Assistant Lecturer Mohammed Anwar Abd and attended by the department’s faculty members.
The workshop provided a detailed explanation of the “Toolkit” concept and its role in updating academic curricula. It also addressed the integration of Bloom’s Taxonomy levels with blended learning strategies, in addition to highlighting the formulation of objectives according to the SMART Goals model and their practical application in courses taught within the Department of Animal Production.
The workshop aimed to enable faculty members to utilize modern tools and ready-made educational resources in designing course content that effectively combines face-to-face and online learning, contributing to accelerating digital transformation in higher education and enhancing students’ skills in line with international standards.
