To enhance the practical component of the Plant Protection Technology course, a scientific field visit was conducted to the fields of the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences, accompanied by first-level evening-study students.
During the visit, students were introduced to insect infestations in the field, trained in insect collection methods, and practiced pesticide application using a backpack sprayer.
This activity contributes to achieving Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education) by strengthening students’ practical skills and linking theoretical knowledge with field applications.
