A committee composed of several faculty members from the Department of Field Crops at the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences, University of Baghdad, conducted a field visit for the Ph.D. student Farhan Ali Hussein regarding his research thesis entitled: (Sustainability and Evaluation of Seed Vigor, Emergence Energy, Growth, and Yield of Sunflower Cultivars under the Influence of Seed Priming and Planting within a Wide Environmental Range), supervised by Prof. Dr. Ahmed Hamid Saudi.
The committee members listened to a detailed explanation by the researcher regarding the nature of his research project and the objectives he aspires to achieve, and they provided their remarks and guidance to the researcher.
This activity achieves a set of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including Goal 4 (Quality Education) and Goal 13 (Climate Action), in addition to Goal 15 (Life on Land).
