In line with the goals of sustainable development in quality education, good health and well-being, and climate action, the Department of Horticulture and Landscape Engineering at the Faculty of Agricultural Engineering Sciences conducted a field survey for a master’s thesis by student Ward Farhan Jallab, titled ‘The Response of Okra Growth and Yield to Some Nutritional Treatments.’
The research aims to study the effect of different types of nutritional treatments on growth and productivity indicators in okra plants, contributing to improving agricultural production efficiency and reducing reliance on excessive chemical fertilizers that negatively impact human health and the environment.
This research aligns with the department’s direction to support applied studies that enhance food security and develop smart farming methods in accordance with the principles of sustainable natural resource management.
