Minutes of the Fifteenth Session of the Council of the Faculty of Agricultural Engineering Sciences
Directives Issued:
  1. Preparation for the Competitive Examination for Postgraduate Applicants:
    Emphasis was placed on the necessity of full readiness for the competitive examination. Department heads, observers, and the formed committees were directed to attend tomorrow, Monday, during the examination to ensure its smooth and orderly conduct.

  2. Promotion of Volunteer Work Culture:
    The council stressed the importance of fostering a culture of volunteer work among students and staff, given its positive impact on individuals and society.

  3. Inspection of Student Dormitories:
    The council underscored the need for visits to student dormitories to assess their conditions and identify student needs during the summer break.

Agenda Discussions:
The council reviewed the items on the session’s agenda, which pertained to academic affairs, scientific research plans, administrative matters, and undergraduate and postgraduate studies. Appropriate measures were taken regarding these issues.
