Ali Abdul Muhsin Suleiman from Department of Animal Production successfully defended his  Ph.D.work with the title (Evaluation of Different Methods for Synchronizing Estrus in the Reproductive Efficiency Standards of Awassi and Nuaimi Ewes)
The study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of four different hormonal synchronization programs in local ewes of the Awassi and Na’imi breeds, contributing to the improvement of reproductive performance and increasing the economic returns for sheep breeders in semi-arid regions.
The researcher recommended the necessity of using the stimulatory program applied in the experiment to enhance the reproductive efficiency of ewes, as well as experimenting with other concentrations of stimulating hormones and applying them as a natural substance to ensure increased production by improving reproductive indicators.
