In line with the objectives of sustainable development in quality education, a committee composed of several faculty members from the Department of Field Crops conducted a field visit to review the experiment of PhD student Saja Thahir Abdul Latif. The research is entitled “Effect of Irrigation Methods and Planting Dates on the Growth and Yield of Some Introduced Maize (Zea mays) Genetic Lines and Estimation of Their Genetic Traits”, supervised by Prof. Dr. Banan Hasan Hadi.
During the visit, the committee members listened to a detailed presentation by the researcher on the nature of her project and the objectives she aims to achieve. The committee provided their observations and guidance to support the progress of the research.
