The Council of the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences convened its ninth session on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, for the academic year 2024-2025, at 9:30 AM. The meeting was attended by Professor Dr. Amira Mohammed Saleh, Chairperson of the Council, and all members. The following directives were discussed:
  1. Encouragement of Community Studies: Collaboration with state ministries to conduct comprehensive scientific studies that address real-world problems related to individuals and society. These studies should have a positive impact on the economy and society, providing solutions and treatments within the scientific specialization.
  2. Involvement of Administrative Teaching Staff: Emphasis on the need for administrative teaching staff to participate in teaching and publish scientific research.
  3. Engagement in Agricultural Business Incubators: Encouragement for teaching staff and students at all levels to participate in agricultural business incubators in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture. This aims to promote sustainable innovative ideas and train them in the fundamentals and planning of agricultural investment projects.
The Council also discussed issues on the agenda related to scientific affairs, research, administrative matters, and postgraduate and undergraduate studies. Appropriate measures were taken regarding these issues.
