The College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences participated in the Asian Football Training Course (Category C). The Iraqi Football Federation organized this course between May 17 and 31, 2025. Representing the college was Professor Amjad Hameed Kharbit, the Student Activities Officer.
The course aimed to develop coaches’ skills in line with international standards. It included theoretical lectures and intensive practical training. The college’s representative achieved an advanced ranking in the final evaluation.
This participation aligns with the college’s efforts to support sustainable development, focusing on improving education and promoting health and well-being. It also highlights the college’s contributions to community development through sports activities.
The course helped strengthen collaboration between academic and sports institutions. This step reflects the college’s commitment to building youth capacities and supports Iraq’s standing in international sports forums.
