The College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences at the University of Baghdad held its 14th regular meeting. Dean Prof. Dr. Amira Muhammad Salih chaired the session with all members present. Discussions covered exam preparations, summer plans, and academic improvements.
The council stressed the need for proper arrangements for second-semester exams. This includes Bologna-system undergraduates, postgraduates, and competitive exams. They urged comfortable conditions for students and staff, plus backup power for exam halls.
Each department must create summer work plans for research and development. Clear tasks should be set to upgrade labs, curricula, and facilities before the new term.
The meeting also addressed scientific research, promotions, and administrative matters. Committees will monitor progress and report back. Decisions aimed to boost education quality and support staff and students.
