Prof. Dr. Abdul Ghafoor Ibrahim Hamad, Head of the Desertification Control Department, was selected as a member of the committee evaluating the scientific and academic status of faculties of agriculture in Iraqi universities for the academic year 2025–2026. The committee was formed pursuant to an order by the Deans Committee of Faculties of Agriculture in Iraq, in coordination with the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Apparatus at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
The participation of our faculty members in these ministerial committees underscores the prestigious scientific and academic standing of our faculty, as well as its active role in advancing the educational process and reviewing quality standards and the academic status in peer educational institutions.
